Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy
We are committed to providing enjoyable and meaningful Impactravel experiences. Some tours may need to be cancelled in rare and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If Impactravel Cancels the Tour
How Refunds Work
- We will notify you by email if the tour is canceled.
- Refunds will be processed manually to the original payment method within 30 days of the cancellation notification.
- You do not need to take any action — the refund will be issued automatically once the tour is canceled.
Alternative Options
If you prefer, you may choose to:
- Transfer your booking to another tour, or
- Receive a credit for a future experience.

Customer Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund conditions apply:

- Cancellation more than two weeks before the scheduled tour date: 100% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation between two weeks and one week before the scheduled tour date: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than one week before the scheduled tour date: No refund will be issued.
Please note that cancellations are only valid once confirmed by Impactravel in writing (via email).
