Refund Policy

We want every Impactravel experience to be enjoyable and meaningful. Some tours require a minimum number of participants to run. If a tour does not reach the minimum number, we may need to cancel it. In such cases, we will issue a full refund to all registered participants.

How Refunds Work:

• We will notify you by email if the tour is canceled.

• Refunds will be processed manually to the original payment method within 30 days of the cancellation notification.

• You don’t need to take any action — the refund will be issued automatically once the tour is canceled.

Alternative Options:
If you prefer, you may choose to transfer your booking to another tour or receive a credit for a future experience instead of a refund. Please contact us to arrange this.
