Creative and passionate, the team represents both local and international backgrounds. Diversity is not just part of the identity — it actively shapes collaboration, program design, and partnerships.

The force behind our work brings together experienced professionals from the tourism and education fields, alongside people with disabilities and individuals facing social barriers. This combination of professional expertise and lived experience forms the foundation of the association’s work, allowing each project to be approached with competence, creativity, empathy, and practical understanding.

All board members serve on a voluntary basis, and any benefits generated through
activities are fully reinvested into future projects and operational costs, ensuring
transparency, responsibility, and long-term dedication to the mission.
